Special By-Law Meeting

We are finishing up the process for 501(c)(3) nonprofit. With the process we have some changes that need to be done to our club By-Laws. Since By-Law changes need to be presented at one meeting and voted on at the next meeting, we will be holding two meetings at 7:30 PM at the Groomer Barn.

Thursday, June 22, 2023, we will read and present the complete list of changes. Questions for discussion can be brought up and will be documented.

Thursday, July 20, 2023, we will have open discussion, any needed edits, and a vote on the changes.
