Meeting called to order at 7:40 PM
April 1, 2021, Minutes approved.
Treasures Report:
- Current membership 15
- Previous Balance $48,732.97
- Current Balance $56,780.81 plus $21,516.22 reserve for groomer fund.
- Expenses of $4,145.64 and Deposits of $17,891.30 – includes 30% NYS funding.
- $5052.50 was raised from summer raffle and spring UTV ride.
- A motion to increase the monthly deposit to the savings account for a new groomer from $700 to $1400 was made by Jared, seconded by Bryan, and unanimously approved.
- Trails:
- Need to order new junction and trail number signs after the trail changes get made by the county and Secretary. An inventory will be needed of what exists.
- 104 Trail improvements – Bryan to get more information on permits and other requirements for the following:
- RR track crossing west of Stone Road
- Area between Countryman and Ridge Roads
- Mudge Creek Bridge
- Groomers:
- Need options presented from the groomer committee for the purchase of a new groomer.
- Jared and Steve are going to start the general maintenance (grease, oil, etc.) on both groomers.
- Jared’s boss Adam is going to be contacted to finish fixing the hydraulics on the LMC and Steve is going to check on getting the floor fixed on the LMC and repair paint on the Tucker.
- Need to swap the worst track on the Tucker with our spare. This will leave two emergency use spare tracks.
- Still have lights to add to the Tucker and check the hoses on the drag.
- The Ranger needs general maintenance and replacement of the undercarriage shield.
- Miscellaneous:
- Don D. volunteered to assist with barn maintenance management.
- Congratulations to the Winners Choice winners: Rich V., Tim C., Ben D., and Ray A.
- Tabled to next meeting- Bathroom needed for barn. Ted will look into costs for a septic system. Water possibly scheduled to be available in 2022.
- Tabled to next meeting – Traci will get the cost of buying dumpster with a lock for the club. Rich may know someone who can pick this up if it is a front loader, he will let Jeremy know.
- Revision 2 of the Bylaws have been posted to the Club Officers page of the website and will be voted on next meeting
