    • Trails:
      • Bridge over the Erie Canal on S55 east of Clyde needs rubber protection put in place.
      • Signs can be put up. Please be sure to check with landowners to let them know you will be there.  Remember Bowhunters are out starting October 1st
      • Need additional ideas on deer fence crossings. Deer sparkers appear to work.
      • New deer fencing has just been put up on East Bay Road possibly requiring a reroute.
      • We have culverts, please contact Bryan if you need some. We also need fill for installed culverts.  Todd has volunteered some gravel, but we may need more.
      • Marion bridge needs to be re-decked. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to spend $1,500 for lumber and materials.
      • A motion was made, seconded, and approved to use $500 in materials to get trail C4 from Port Gibson to East Palmyra properly signed for safe travel from southwest clubs.
    • Groomers:
      • Vulcanization of tracks for Tucker does not accomplish our intent. Tracks are approximately $5,000 ($1,000 less if purchased in spring).  May look to next year to buy a track if feasible.
    • Groomer Barn:
      • We have a donated septic tank that can be installed, with the proper local approval requirements
      • Dave is going to investigate the possibility that the town of Huron may be installing town water past the property. He will have more details next meeting.
      • We have a security system that will be donated. Need to install and configure it.
    • Miscellaneous:
      • New electronic version of rewritten club bylaws is complete. They will be presented for ratification next meeting.  They can be amended with proper motions and club approvals in the future.
      • Final work can be made for the completion of the 501(c)(3) application which required the ratified Bylaws.
