April 4, 2019 Minutes approved

• Treasures Report:
  • Treasures report was unavailable t the September meeting.
  • All outstanding bills are paid to date.
• Trails:
  • New signs have been ordered.
  • S55 trail reroute in Clyde from 414 to Brown Rd needs to have new bridge covered. Suggested to try horse mat material.
  • Need to work on steel bridge to install on Savannah trail and move RR ties from Red Creek to Savannah.
  • Have 2-year DOT permit for culvert at Rt 21 in Marion. Cannot start until the end of September.  Need excavator.
• Groomers:
  • We will run 2 groomers this year and need to coordinate and schedule operators
  • Lockers are ordered for the tucker and will install soon.
  • Move the tucker to Adams garage to install lockers and clean it up for rust proofing.
• Groomer Barn:
  • The Groomer Barn Committee will insulate and complete electric service after rear door is installed. Once time is established will need volunteers to help.
  • Door is ready to go and will be installed by Martin Overhead door for free.
  • $1300 has been approved to purchase the door.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Wallington fire department is looking to possible do a fund raiser with us in the future.
  • Ted has been working on the 501c3. Should be able to complete once he gets a copy of the current club bylaws
  • We may do another Poker Run this year
