April 5, 2018 Minutes approved

• Treasures Report:
  • Current Membership 30
  • Current balance is $13000
  • Expect trail fund of approximately $8000 in October
  • Currently the groomer payment is the main liability for the year
• Trails:
  • Current funded trail miles is 106
  • Marion to Port Gibson GPS complete. If redone while signing the trail it won’t need to be redone for 3 years
  • Trail fund reimbursement will increase and will include rerouted trails
  • 2018-19 Trail grant applications have been completed
  • Savannah trail needs more signs and stakes
  • Need some trail reroutes north of Wolcott are required to get around deer fences. Wafler farms offers assistance to get this accomplished
  • We need repairs on some of the deer fence gates
  • C4 (104) east of Whiskey Hill Rd has a few spots that need some culverts
• Groomers:
  • Bell still needs a wheel replaced
  • Tucker differential locks could cost $2500/axle with labor. Parts only approximately $1000
  • LMC should be all set for the season
  • Bombardier is in Savannah and being evaluated
• Groomer Barn:
  • We have approximately $12,000 to put in the concrete floor
  • We plan on starting to prep and pouring the floor starting on October 6^th
  • Prep crew will require 5 to 6 people to get the sub slab floor ready for concrete
• 501 (c)(3):
  • Need and update on submitted paperwork
• Miscellaneous:
  • Two club members passed away earlier this year. Mark Pierson and Marcia Fowler will truly be missed
  • We are planning another poker run this year Jan 11^th – Jan 26^th
  • We would like to secure the Elks Club or Pier 53 for the party.
  • Super Raffle was a great fund raiser for us. Thank you for all who participated
