October 5, 2023, Minutes

13 Present.

Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM

September 7^th 2023, minutes were accepted with no changes.

President/Vice President Report:  Had a presentation from our insurance company to give a detailed explanation of our coverage for equipment, personnel when on premise and on the trails.

Treasures Report:

• Current membership 55.
• Previous Balance $17,419.28.
• Current Balance $15,405.39 plus $28,603.00 reserve for groomer fund.
• Expenses of $2,205.89 and Deposits of $192.00.
• Need a follow up for tax filings. Ted may have an accountant and will pass on to Steve.

Trail Projects:

• Mudge Creek – Engineer done next phase updates coming at next meeting.
• Stumps on S49 west of Rt88 still need to be removed. Jared and Ted to follow up
• Culverts along 104 on C4 have been installed.
• New trail signs have been received.

Groomer Committee Report:

• Groomer batteries need to be replaced. Jared to provide cost.
• Jason will replace a bogie wheel on the Tucker and look at the light bar that is inoperable. Fixed electrical problem at connector under passenger seat.
• The left front track needs to be changed.
• Groomer committee looking into a roller for packing trails and drag mounted sickle bar.
• PB100 needs the roof escape hatch repaired. Jared to get part on order to repair.

Miscellaneous:

• Town water project got pushed back and water will not be available until late 2023 to early 2024. Restroom still needs to be completed along with a sink.  Rich has a sink and Jeremy will install.  Still need a toilet. – tabled to after January.
• 501(c)(3) status –update from Lawyer.
• Dale is heading up a project to assist with the recovery of the fuel tax used offroad for club reimbursement. Going to add page to website.
• Fender Flares for the UTV to keep mud out of cab. Ted to follow up.
• Ted would like to do a raffle for grills. Possibly do with a Spring Chicken BBQ.
