• Treasures Report:
  • Current membership 39
  • Moved $13,000 to the groomer fund per March meeting minutes
  • Balance is $20,440.20 plus $17,500 reserve for groomer fund.
  • Expenses of $1,185.05 and Deposits of $2,148.50. The remaining 30% trail fund distribution is tentatively scheduled to be received in January.
  • When turning in receipts for reimbursements, please be sure that they are legible for auditing purposes. An electronic PDF copy is acceptable and preferred.
• Trails:
  • Bridge over the Erie Canal on S55 east of Clyde needs rubber protection put in place.
  • Signs are being put up. Please contact us if you can assist and be sure to check with landowners to let them know you will be there.  Remember Bowhunters are out hunting
  • Culverts have arrived and most have been distributed. There are a few left over, contact Bryan if you have an area that needs one.
  • We still need fill for installed culverts. There is some fill available to be moved on Pilgramport Rd.  Contact Bryan if you can help move it
  • Marion bridge repair wood has been purchased and delivered, need volunteers to help re-deck it.
  • Metal bridge on S55 needs wood placed on it.
  • C4 reroute from Port Gibson to Marion is being worked on.
  • Parts of C4 have been brush hogged.
• Groomers:
  • We have new groomer maintenance forms that will be put in the groomers.
• Groomer Barn:
  • Need to install the D2D Light sensor so that the lights are not on all day.
  • A motion was made, seconded, and approve to reserve $500 for stackable tables and chairs. Traci is looking into it.
  • Contacted the town of Huron and water service may be available by 2022.
  • Have a donated water tank to use until water is available.
  • We have a security system that will be donated. Need to install and configure it.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Print and distribute club applications to local snowmobile dealers.
  • New electronic version of rewritten club bylaws is complete. They were unanimously ratified and will be discussed and amended as needed in future meetings
  • Reestablishing donations to vendors for raffles for the open house. More detail in future meetings
  • Final work can be made for the completion of the 501(c)(3) application which required the ratified Bylaws.
