September 5, 2019 Minutes approved

• Treasures Report:
  • Balance is $22731.32 plus $4500 reserve for groomer fund.
  • $3000 still due from Sale of BR60 groomer.
  • Have not received the funds yet from the state.
• Trails:
  • Need to contact all landowners to let them know when we plan on signing. State land exempt from notification.
  • Need to finish placing the bridge near spring lake road.
  • Bridge/culvert in Marion at Rt 21 is in place. It does need some fill.
  • Need a report of all trails that need trimming.

 

• Groomers:
  • We will run 2 groomers this year and need to coordinate and schedule operators based on snow conditions.
  • Lockers have been received and Tucker will be moved to Adam’s garage to be installed. Also need to look at the hydraulic switches and valves.
  • Move the tucker to Adams garage to install lockers and clean it up for rust proofing.
  • Need to check the drags for possible wear bar replacement on the rails.
• Groomer Barn:
  • The Groomer Barn Committee will purchase wiring, insulation, lights, rear door, and ceiling metal and install at the end of October.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Wallington fire department is looking to possible do a fund raiser with us in the future.
  • Ted has been working on the 501(c)(3) and will also be working at getting new bylaws.
  • Still exploring the possibility of doing the Poker Run fundraiser
  • Also looking at the possibility of doing a joint fundraiser with the Wallington FD in June.
