    � Minutes from 9/4/14 approved
    � Treasures Report
    o $11,730 account balance
    o Final 30% reimbursement for 2013/14 should be available in two weeks. Approximately $7000, which does not include Canal Town�s. First 70% for 2014/15 should be received in February. Remember our reimbursement can only come from the money of sleds registered before December 1st. Please help all clubs by registering your sled before December
    o Cleats have been purchased for the New Holland at a cost of $480
    o Club credit cards are being changed and updated to the corresponding responsible individuals.
    o Groomer fuel cards for all 4 groomers are still being worked on.
    o Club property taxes of $204 is now due.
    � Trails
    o NYS Parks has changed all trail numbers and junctions. New numbers are still not available. We should have them by next meeting.
    o Going to have a few 55MPH speed limit signs made for reminders of NYS maximum snowmobile trail speed limit.
    o Maps will be remade with new numbers and junctions once available. We will keep a digital PDF free on the web page. We are also going to design laminated copy at all junctions with a �you are here� indication. Mockups of the sign were not complete and will be presented at next meeting
    o Trail from Rt 14 to Brick Schoolhouse Rd will be closed and rerouted north to Shaker Heights to Brick Church Rd. The Junction to Brantling/Lyons/Clyde (old S48) will be rerouted at Brickschool House and 104 to go south and then into the orchard to connect back to the original trail
    o Extending the trail (old 55 at the junction of old S48) to continue along the canal trail to Lyons and through on to Newark to connect to Canal towns southern trails, still needs further discussion.
    o We will need these and the proposed Bay Bridge to 104 reroute GPS�d.
    o With all the trails that need signing we are asking for volunteers to take ownership of trail sections to be sure that they are properly signed. We will be starting next meeting with a � hour sign training course. We need volunteers to take ownership of trail sections. Please contact Dave at dsvd@rochester.rr.com
    o Need to finish the reroute of old 41 from the Elks club in Wolcott to 104 to avoid the railroad tracks in the village. Still inprogress.
    o Culvert in the ditch at 104/104A by the 104 Store, and in the stream bed on Lake Bluff road just north of the 104/414 Park & Ride should be inplace by next meeting.
    o Railroad bed (old S41) is going to be brush hogged.
    o We need some trail permission along (old S42B) north to the State Park to move the trail off of Lake Bluff Rd.
    o Dozer work needed at Fish Farm Road, 104 between 414 and Fifth Rd, and 104 on the hill between Brown Rd and Lasher Rd.
    � Groomers
    o LMC is going to be moved to Todd�s so that the 2 rear drive cogs can be removed and sent out to be rebuilt. The drag has a few minor cracks that need welding.
    o The New Holland cleats are purchased and need to be installed. Approximately Loose wires are being cleaned up. Need to order 2 new rear tires.
    o Selling the New Holland: Maintenance and cleanup is not complete to make is more sellable. Once cleaned up we will look at advertising it. We will use it while it is up for sale.
    � Canal town merger
    o A separate meeting took place with the Canal Town members. Meeting details will be posted.
    o Need to add their officers to our Board of directors.
    � 501 3c status
    o Continuing the paperwork for new corporation to form new club Lakeshore Riders as a non-profit organization.
    � Groomer Grant
    o Grant writer has been contacted so that we can get our application in by the April 2015 deadline
    o Once application is filed we need volunteer legwork to get signed letters from businesses on the beneficial impact of a groomed snowmobile trail to help expand the economy of the local area.
    � Club house
    o Need to contact the phone company to finish cutting the hill and move the phone line pedestal. Addition
    o Unused culvert pipes that were going to be used to span Mud creek have been posted on Craig�s List.
    o Staking out location for 40×60 pad after the reaming fill is in place and area prepped
    � NYSSA 2015 Super Raffle Tickets
    o We will be getting the 2015 Super Raffle Tickets by next meeting. We will be making a Sticky forum post for those that would like to purchase and sell the tickets. You can contact Dave at dsvd@rochester.rr.com if you�d like to buy/sell tickets for our club.
