10 Present.

Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM

October 6, 2022 minutes were accepted with no changes.

President/Vice President Report:

• Jeremy gave update on the Line of Credit with the bank and they still have not approved.
• Fuel tank to be stored at Stones is all set.

Treasures Report:

• Current membership 102.
• Previous Balance $12,244.22.
• Current Balance $12,210.85 plus $19,592.98 reserve for groomer fund.
• Expenses of $2,500.31 and Deposits of $2,466.94.
• Request was made for Steve to go over our insurance policies (non-NYSSA) on buildings and vehicles.

Trail Projects:

• Major reroute on S42 needs a bridge and the old Iron Bridge that was donated is being used and decked.
• Pile of trees on S40 north of the Elks club in Wolcott still not moved. There is also a culvert washout that needs to be replaced on the same trail near the Junction just to the north.
• Jared to pick up donated brush hog to use during the last week of October. Schedule will be maintained to keep it moving to all areas that need it.
• The banks at the RR Crossing on C4 west of Stone Road has been graded and the waterholes filled in. Tabling for the three year plan to work with the railroad for a wider pad.
• Mudge Creek- Bridge.
  • We are looking to change the scope of the project and work with the DOT to use a retaining wall and extend the trail next to the guard rail to allow for the groomer to safely traverse that portion of C4.
• Countryman to Ridge Rd improvement has been tabled to the 3 year plan also pending 501(c)(3) as there are some volunteers that may donate time and equipment to accomplish this.
• Tree and stumps on S49 west of Rt88 have been removed.
• Need to check with Jeff B. if there are any trail changes at Lancasters.

Groomer Committee Report:

• Both groomers need full service of fluids and filters. Jared to contact Mohawk for a filter kit.
• Mogul Master is at D&D for repair. The tongue was discovered to have a crack on it and that is getting repaired as well.
• PB has a hydraulic leak in the sight glass seal will be looked at with the maintenance of the groomers.
• Orion GPS units need to be plugged in and tested. PB is done Jeremy will install the Tucker.  Need this done so we can get the units tested.
• The following will also be done with the service maintenance of the groomers: PB 100 needs rear window replaced, and the passenger seat locked.
• Ted is going to contact the vendor on where the Tucker replacement track is.

Miscellaneous:

• Town water project got pushed back and water will not be available until the spring 2023. Restroom needs to be completed along with a sink.  We could use a volunteer to install and plumb the toilet and sink.  We have a port-a-potty secured for the winter.
