• Treasures Report:
  • Current membership 98
  • Balance is $27193.67 plus $17,500.48 reserve for groomer fund.
  • Expenses of $4861.33 and Deposits of $16114.80. The remaining 30% trail fund distribution is tentatively scheduled to be received in January.
  • Groomer loan $2914.18 remaining.
  • When turning in receipts for reimbursements, please be sure that they are legible for auditing purposes. An electronic PDF copy is acceptable and preferred.
• Trails:
  • Andy updated the plan for the potential reroute of C4 at port Gibson to move it east of Newark and use the Canal trail to and get appropriate land owner permissions
  • Signs are being put up. Please contact us if you can assist and be sure to check with landowners to let them know you will be there.  Remember hunters are out hunting
  • May need a reroute near the American Legion in Marion.
  • We still need fill for installed culverts. There is some fill available to be moved on Pilgramport Rd.  Contact Bryan if you can help move it
  • Motion was made seconded and approved to spend $2,500 on trails for repairs to some additional culverts and dozer work required on some trails.
  • Many trils still need to be brush hogged
• Groomers:
  • We have new groomer maintenance forms that will be put in the groomers.
• Groomer Barn:
  • Town water will be available in 2022
  • We have a security system that will be donated. Need to install and configure it.
• Miscellaneous:
  • A $250 donation to fund in memory of club member Dave Meneely.
  • We had a donation of 4 tables and 20 chairs for the groomer barn use.
  • A potable water tank was also donated
  • We may be able to work with a vendor to have a food truck available on select days at the groomer barn.
