    13 Present.

    Meeting called to order at 7:35 PM

    February 2, 2023 & Special Meeting February 17, 2023, minutes were accepted with no changes.

    President/Vice President Report:

    • Have an extra fully paid opening for the NYSSA meeting. All BoD get first preference and if unfilled is open to all members for anyone that would like to go.

    Treasures Report:

    • Current membership 276.
    • Previous Balance $30,531.46.
    • Current Balance $25,878.47 plus $23,346.53 reserve for groomer fund.
    • Expenses of $5,298.34 and Deposits of $636.35.

    Trail Projects:

    • Mudge Creek – Changed to a retaining wall on top of the existing DOT culverts.
      • Bryan met to get an engineer draw this up. He is currently working with the DOT and NYSSA to get the permit process started so it can be designed and implemented.
    • Countryman to Ridge Rd improvement has been tabled to the 3 year plan. We have many political obstacles that need to be overcome to make this happen.
    • Stumps on S49 west of Rt88 have not been removed.
      • Motion to hire Empire Enterprises to grind the stumps on S49 west of Rt88 not to exceed $800.00 is still open.
    • The following trails need GPS data collected this year:
      • S42C, S42, S43B have been completed
      • S55 needs to be complete.

    Groomer Committee Report:

    • All groomer drags were greased by Jason.
    • Batteries in both groomers need to be load tested. Jared is going to test and replace if needed.
    • Tucker needs a bogie wheel replaced. Jared to order and will replace.
    • Tucker light bar is inoperable and needs to be fixed.
    • Tucker Orion GPS needs to be relocated so that the new 5G signal is not so shielded.
    • Discussion was brought up on looking into a roller for packing trails and possibly a Sickle bar for the drags
    • Discussion of painting the Marcell Drag.

    Miscellaneous:

    • A motion was made by Dave and seconded by Jared to strike the motion to purchase a flail mower to be used on the PB 100 for $5,000.00. The motion to strike was unanimously approved.
    • Town water project got pushed back and water will not be available until late 2023 to early 2024. Restroom still needs to be completed along with a sink.  We still need volunteer(s) to install and plumb the toilet and sink.
    • 501(c)(3) status –Most has been finalized. Ted to get the finalized financials to the Lawyer.
    • Dale is heading up a project to assist with the recovery of the fuel tax used offroad for club reimbursement.
    • Officer and BoD voting results:
      • President Jeremy McBride uncontested.  Secretary cast 1 vote for Jeremy, he is reelected for 1-year term.
      • Treasurer Steve Durham uncontested.  Secretary cast 1 vote for Steve, he is reelected for 1-year term.
      • Secretary John Renahan uncontested.  Secretary cast 1 vote for John, he is reelected for 1-year term.
      • Board of Director Positions (6 open)
        • Tim Cornwell – reelected to 1-year term.
        • Andy Reinhardt – reelected to 1-year term.
        • Todd Lupo – reelected to 1-year term.
        • Mike Means – reelected to 1-year term.
        • Rich Rice – reelected to 1-year term.
        • Todd Furber – elected to 2-year term.
      • Web site has been updated to reflect the New Officers and BoD
