    March 3, 2022, Minutes

    17 Present, 17 voting members in good standing.

    Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM

     

    Motion to approve February 3, 2022, minutes was made by Rich, seconded by Jared, and unanimously approved.

     

    President/Vice President Report:

     

    Treasures Report:

    • Current membership 368.
    • Previous Balance $45,422.76.
    • Current Balance $47,262.97 plus $3,918.01 reserve for groomer fund.
    • Expenses of $6,572.96 and Deposits of $8,413.17

    Trail Projects:

    • All trails that needed new GPS data are done except C4 Port Gibson to Podger Rd. Need to start getting the paperwork to Ora.
    • Reitz Rd Culverts complete.
    • Bryan to talk to the North Rose supervisor about signs for no snowmobiles on sidewalks.
    • RR Crossing on C4 west of Stone Road delayed until the spring. – tabled for further discussion.
    • Mudge Creek- Bridge. Engineer needed- Tabled.
    • Countryman to Ridge Rd improvement could start with DOT approval.
    • S49 west of Rt88 need trees and stumps removed.
    • Rich proposed adding a local connector trail from C4 just west of Rt 104A/104 north through his property to the RR bed.DOT permit to cross 104 will be required.

    Groomer Committee Report:

    • LMC was delivered for March 5th
    • GPS units need to be plugged in and tested. NYSSA should have units next year.
    • Need a heavier duty blade for PB100.
    • PB 100 needs rear window replaced, and the passenger seat locked to prevent touching back window.
    • Preparing LMC for March auction.
    • Drag on the tucker was welded.
    • Tucker replacement track is in and should be shipped soon. A motion presented by Sam and seconded by Todd to purchase a second track for the Tucker pending the cost.  Once cost is determined a vote will be needed to purchase.
    • Tucker drag side to side skis drift. Dave volunteered to look at it.

    Miscellaneous:

    • Thankyou Scott Johnson for $300 donation to the groomer fund.
    • Water should be available late summer Ted to get engineer for Septic. Engineer could be used for Mudge creek at the same time.
    • Door openers revisited and tabled.
    • March Election were held, all nominees were unopposed
    • The secretary cast one vote for all the nominees for a 1-year term unless noted. All positions are effective April 1, 2022
