• Treasures Report:
  • Final Year membership 328
  • Balance is $20911.25 plus $4500 reserve for groomer fund.
  • Had Expenses of $6093.16 and Deposits of $2511.81
  • A motion was made, seconded and approved to move $13000, from the sale of the Bell, to the reserve groomer fund account. This puts the Balance at $7911.25 plus $17500 reserve for groomer fund
  • 13 delegates will be representing Lakeshore Riders at the NYSSA/SledNY Annual Forum in April
• Trails:
  • Starting the weekend of March 28^th, we will start removing signs. We may start earlier if it looks like the season is done.
  • Still looking for ideas around deer fence openings such as sparkers to keep deer from entering openings. Will look to purchase and test some of the electronic deterrents.
  • Beaver dam has caused 100 yards of flowing water on railbed trail west of Waters Rd. May need a culvert to keep the water from flooding the trail.
• Groomers:
  • The tracks on the Tucker need to be looked at for possible replacement or new vulcanization if possible. Tabled for next meeting
• Groomer Barn:
  • Evaluate cost of water and septic. Turned over to the Groomer barn committee for evaluation and feasibility.
  • Need a report on a security system. Will have more information next meeting.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Super Raffle tickets fundraiser need to be returned to us by April 16^th.
  • New electronic version of rewritten club bylaws should be complete by April. Once approved we will work for the completion of the 501(c)(3)
  • A motion was made, seconded and approved to amend the bylaws as follows:
    • Separate the Treasurer/Secretary Officer position into two (2) separate voting Officer positions
    • Remove the 2^nd Vice President position
  • Elections (positions effective 4/1/2020):

    • Vice President Dave VanDerlinde (11-7-3 nv)
    • Treasurer Steve Durham (21-0)
