    • Treasures Report:
      • Current Membership 405
      • Current balance is $27,300
      • 2018 Super Raffle Tickets need to be returned to us by April 10th so that we can process them and get them turned in.
    • Trails:
      • There are more trees in Chimney Bluffs State Park that fell during the last storm and are blocking the trail. They need to be removed
      • Future plans to move C4 between Countryman Road and Ridge Road has been tabled for now. Requires a plan and permits to move it away from 104 and closer to the DEC fence.
      • Working with Red Creek to find a way to allow snowmobiles to be able to get to businesses in the village on the roads. Town was looking to close all roads to snowmobiles but we met with them to find a solution so that their businesses are not isolated from snowmobile traffic.
      • As this season draws to a close we will need to pull the signs especially in the orchards as the farmers will need to start spraying. If it looks like the trails won’t be rideable we will start to remove them before April 1st.
    • Groomers:
      • All groomers have been repaired.
      • All oils/fluids have been serviced on the Tucker.
      • We have people in the Savannah area that are interested in running the Bombardier. They will make any needed repairs to it with no labor costs if we supply the parts.  We voted unanimously to truck it to their shop where they will look it over to determine what parts may be needed for it.  The groomer committee will make the final decision if repairs are cost effective or not.
      • We are looking to train more groomer operators. Please email us at info@lakeshoreriders.org if interested.
    • 501 (c)(3):
      • We have received responses back and have some more reports to fill out.
    • Miscellaneous:
      • NYSSA/Sled NY Forum will be in Niagara Falls. We have three people representing our club.
    • Elections:
      • All positions are effective April 1st 2018
