Meeting called to order at 7:35 PM

December 7, 2023, minutes were accepted with no changes.

President/Vice President Report

Treasures Report:

• Current membership 188.
• Previous Balance $3,557.93.
• Current Balance $35,420.88 plus $30,857.91 reserve for groomer fund.
• Expenses of $2,831.05 and Deposits of $34,694.00. This includes the 70% trail fund grant of $33,600.00.
• $12,771.00 left on PB groomer.
• $2,075 in sponsorship has been received. Thanks to all the Sponsors for your support.

Trail Projects:

• Mudge Creek – Progress has stalled. Tabled until the Spring.
• Stumps on S49 west of Rt88 are being removed by Empire Tree.
• Thank you, Sam, for trimming C4 along Rt 104.
• Two fences need opening by Jct 205 at S48 & S49.

Groomer Committee Report:

• The left front track needs to be changed.
• Need to repair leaking seal on the Mogul Master Drag.
• Groomer committee looking into a roller for packing trails and drag mounted sickle bar. Need update.

Miscellaneous:

• Town water project got pushed back and water will not be available until late 2023 to early 2024. Restroom still needs to be completed along with a sink.  Rich has a sink and Jeremy will install it.  Still need a toilet. – tabled to after January.
• 501(c)(3) status –Waiting for attorney to respond.
• Dale is heading up a project to assist with the recovery of the fuel tax used offroad for club reimbursement. John will add to Website in December.
• Fender Flares for the UTV to keep mud out of cab. Ted to follow up.
• Going to organize a Chicken BBQ for Saturday March 2, 2024. Jeremy, Jared, Andy Ted, and Steve head the committee.  Ted would like to do a raffle for grills at the BBQ.
• Super Raffle Tickets have been received and created web page for them.
• We received a donation for the 6-ton jacks and Extension cord for the fuel pump for the external tank for groomer fuel. Thank you all for the donations.
