16 Present, 16 voting members in good standing.

Meeting called to order at 7:34 PM

Motion to approve November 4^th minutes was made by Andy, seconded by Jarad, and unanimously approved.

Motion to approve December 2^nd minutes was made by Rich, seconded by Andy, and unanimously approved.

 

President/Vice President Report:

• Trails will open once there is snow, most of the trail signing is complete.
• Need to fill out the Fuel usage on the clipboard after fueling groomers

Treasures Report:

• Current membership 225.
• Previous Balance $27,202.21
• Current Balance $50950.66 plus $2417.00 reserve for groomer fund.
• Expenses of $5878.00 and Deposits of $30467 – includes state trail grant funding.

Trail Projects:

• 1 culvert to install East Palmyra
• County improving trail inside Village of Clyde.
• Jared needs to finish signing to Brantling.
• RR Crossing on C4 west of Stone Road delayed until the spring.
• Mudge Creek- Bridge. Engineer needed
• Septic- Engineer planning needed

Groomer Committee Report:

• LMC returned to barn- Remove GPS, lights and items we want to retain, send to an auction.
• Tucker tracks not in yet. Spare tracks need to be tarped.
• Tucker fluids changed; lights updated.
• PB100 Mogul master- lights installed, cylinders rebuilt, new hoses put on. GPS needs to be installed

Miscellaneous:

• Chicken BBQ Sat Jan 22^nd snow or no snow
  • Larry checking on cooker availability.
• Jared made motion to adjourn, Rich seconded. Adjourned 9:18pm
