December 5, 2019 Minutes approved

• Treasures Report:
  • Current membership 287
  • Balance is $14575.94 plus $4500 reserve for groomer fund.
  • Last year’s final 30% disbarment of trail fund, approximately $8k-$9K should be received by end of January
• Trails:
  • Still have a few areas on west end of system missing signs.
  • S49 had areas that needed more signs
• Groomers:
  • Tucker air lockers were installed.
  • Groomer meeting to service all fluids on January 12 and go over groomer operation
• Groomer Barn:
  • Need to finish construction of work bench.
  • Need to get natural gas hooked up so that the boiler can be turned on.
  • Need to look into a security system.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Poker Run will be January 25^th with 16 stops. Need volunteers for the event.
  • Fund raising has been successful to help bridge the delay in trail funding from the State.
  • We have 3800 Super Raffle tickets. Looking to send out in March
  • Working on new legal bylaws for the club to complete 501 (c)(3)
  • January 18^th, Sodus Point Winterfest volunteers needed to run a Lakeshore Riders booth
  • February 8^th Groomer barn Open House. Free food, invite other clubs, Guided club ride, conditions permitting
