• Treasures Report:
  • Current Membership 219
  • Current balance is $29960
  • Received this year’s 70% advance of $25872 and waiting for last year’s 30% which is still in audit.
  • Received approximately $1000 from November’s registrations.
  • Tucker balance is $35827
• Trails:
  • Please turn in labor hours for all trail work ASAP after work is completed. Please include date, hours, full names of all workers, and trail number(s) worked on.  You can email the information from the contact us page of the web site, private message on our Facebook page, or bring it with you at the next meeting.
  • All trails have been signed.
  • Savannah culverts need some fill that was donated.
  • S48 needs some new arrows to replace the old small orange ones.
• .Groomers:
  • Groomers will be out grooming once there is adequate snow cover.
• Groomer Barn:
  • Preliminary estimates for electric, insulation, and heat is approximately 12 to 13 thousand.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Poker run this year Jan 11^th – Jan 26^th
  • The party will be at the Elks Club in Wolcott
  • Super Raffle tickets are available for purchase. Contact us via email if you would like to purchase some.
  • Going to host an Open House February 16^th at the groomer barn.
