 Minutes from 12/4/14 approved

Treasures Report:

 Fund balance was not available and is a bit low. Will be updated once received
 All expenses have been paid for all the trail work, culverts, excavation, dozer work, trail brush hogging, equipment (power trimmers, pole saw etc.) and extra signs and stakes.
 All of New Holland groomer maintenance has been paid.
 Expenses for the LMC will be a bit more than first anticipated.
 Insurance and Land tax is due in February.
 Check from the trail fund should arrive in February.

 Trails:

 Reroute from 104/Brickschoolhouse Rd. north has been completed.
 The Junction WN31 has been moved to 104/Brickschoolhouse Rd. We need to get the WN 31 Junction signs in place.
 All trails have been signed but the changes still need to be GPS�d
 The new trail from Red Creek to Savannah needs to be GPS�d and signed. It won�t officially make the map this year but should be completed this year.
 We are looking at moving jct WN33 (S40 & S41) north of the current location to avoid the riding on W Port Bay road and just crossing it into the orchard and going east to the woods then South to the RR Bed.
 We are still looking at getting the sign boards with the maps at each junction.
 We are adding 2 new webcams that will be part of http://www.gotsnowcams.com I will be working on code to get them added to the web page.

 Groomers:

 The LMC has the tracks removed and the cogs are being sent out for replacement at $500 each. We have some new solid idler wheels that will be shipped 1/12-13 at a cost of $1000 each. The front adjusters have been freed up and grease fittings installed.
 The New Holland is ready. We will be taking pictures and posting it for sale.
 2 Canal town groomers are ready.
 Grant is in the works for a new groomer. Submission will take place in April.

 501 3c status:

 Continuing the paperwork for new corporation to form new club Lakeshore Riders as a non-profit organization.

Club house:

 All prep work is complete and construction could be started in the spring.

NYSSA 2015 Super Raffle Tickets:

 We have the 2015 Super Raffle Tickets. We will be making a Sticky forum post for those that would like to purchase and sell the tickets. You can contact Dave at lakeshoresnowdevils@gmail.com if you�d like to buy/sell tickets for our club.
 This is a huge fundraiser for our club and tickets are $5 each
