16 Present, 16 voting members in good standing.

Meeting called to order at 7:35 PM

 

Motion to approve January 5, 2022, minutes was made by Rich, seconded by Sam, and unanimously approved.

President/Vice President Report:

Treasures Report:

• Current membership 366.
• Previous Balance $50,950.66.
• Current Balance $45,422.76 plus $3,168.01 reserve for groomer fund.
• Expenses of $6,841.90 and Deposits of $1,314.00

Trail Projects:

• List of trails that need new GPS data has been handed out.
• Tabled discussion on trail to Pitstop in North Rose with multiple options.
• RR Crossing on C4 west of Stone Road delayed until the spring. – tabled for further discussion
• Mudge Creek- Bridge. Engineer needed- Tabled
• S49 west of Rt88 need trees and stumps removed.

Groomer Committee Report:

• Current groomer GPS units need to be upgraded to 4G/5G units. NYSSA should have units next year.
• Need a heavier duty blade for PB100
• PB 100 needs rear window replaced, and the passenger seat locked to prevent touching back window.
• Preparing LMC for March auction.
• Drag on the tucker was welded.
• Tucker replacement track on back order. The two extra used tracks are covered off the ground.

Miscellaneous:

• Chicken BBQ was successful and profited $1,100.
• Septic- Engineer planning needed.
• John to order a stamp to mark Lakeshore Riders on Raffle Tickets.
• Need ideas for the barn floor to keep melt water away from the edges and into the drains.
• Jared made motion to adjourn, Rich seconded. Adjourned 8:45 pm.
• March Election Nominees: People can still be nominated at the March meeting as well.  Nominees must be able to accept the nomination.
