• Treasures Report:
  • Current membership 295
  • Balance is $25949.69 plus $4500 reserve for groomer fund.
  • Expenses of $5996.51 and Deposits of $17370.26
  • Last year’s final 30% disbursement of trail fund has been received and reflected in the deposits
• Trails:
  • S48 work by Yarrow’s deer fence to widen trail and move it away from fence has been completed. Landowner very pleased with the work.
  • Need gravel to fill around culvert at 104 Store. DOT is ok with it and is not requiring a permit.  It will need 6 to 8 truckloads of gravel to complete.
  • Still looking for ideas around deer fence openings such as sparkers to keep deer from entering openings. Flaps are not as durable as planned.
  • Beaver dam has caused 100 yards of flowing water on railbed trail west of Waters Rd.
• Groomers:
  • Need more volunteers that would like to be trained to run the groomers
• Groomer Barn:
  • Open House is February 8^th.
  • Natural gas is hooked up and the heat is on.
  • John R is looking into security system and will have more information next meeting.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Super Raffle tickets fundraiser will be prepared next month
  • Working on new legal bylaws for the club to complete 501 (c)(3)
  • Elections are next month all positions are up for vote: President, 1st and 2nd vice presidents, treasurer/secretary and 7 Board of Directors
