 Minutes from 11/6/14 approved

 Treasures Report:

 Approximately $13,000 account balance.
 Most of groomer maintenance has been paid.
 Insurance and Land tax is due in February.
 Remaining expenditures will be the purchase of 300 more stakes for signs and fuel for the Ranger and power equipment.

 Trails:

 Reroute from 104/Brickschoolhouse Rd. north has been completed.
 The Junction WN31 needs to be moved to 104/Brickschoolhouse Rd. We will be working on cutting the trail through the woods on the south side of 104 heading west and south through the woods to the current junction 51. We have work party scheduled Sunday 12/7 that will meet at 9am at the 104/414 park and ride. Please bring chainsaws and brush trimmers.
 80% of the trails have been signed. Wolcott junction from 104 through the village to the elks club needs signing. Last � mile of S41 from the Cayuga County line across Dry Bridge Rd to Keely St in Red Creek. East of Clyde from the muck land to Savannah needs to be completed.
 The new trail from Red Creek to Savannah needs to be GPS�d and signed. It won�t officially make the map this year but should be completed this year.
 New local trail to Bayfront on Port Bay has been signed and is opened this year.

 Groomers:

 LMC is has been moved to Todd�s so that the tracks can be removed to inspect the cogs and track alignment.
 The New Holland rear tires have been replaced. Tracks have been repaired and replaced. Minor maintenance is almost complete.
 2 Canal town groomers are ready.

 501 3c status:

 Continuing the paperwork for new corporation to form new club Lakeshore Riders as a non-profit organization.

 Club house:

 Dozer work is complete. DOT will be inspecting this week.
 The electric has been spotted by RG&E. $3,000 will be needed to install it once we are ready.

 NYSSA 2015 Super Raffle Tickets:

 We have the 2015 Super Raffle Tickets. We will be making a Sticky forum post for those that would like to purchase and sell the tickets. You can contact Dave at lakeshoresnowdevils@gmail.com if you�d like to buy/sell tickets for our club.
