SnowmanKeymasterApril 2, 2026, Meeting Minutes
13 voting members were present.
Meeting called to order at 7:32 PM by the President.
March 5, 2026 Minutes, were accepted with no changes.
Treasures Report:
- The Final 2025-26 Membership 377.
- Previous Balance $41,027.47.
- Current Balance $33,831.56.
- Savings $20,007.35.
- Expenses of $7,675.91.
- Deposits of $480.00.
- Total Funds: $53,838.91.
- Groomer loan balance $63,754.19.
- Tabled to April meeting to further discuss paydown of the NH tractor.
- Working on application for tax exemption of property tax.
- Groomer maintenance report was requested and reviewed.
Trail Projects:
- Mudge Creek –DOT to update this summer.
- Need all trail captains to be aware of signing requirement to keep stakes 25 feet apart when possible.
- Need to report trail hours to Dale for reporting.
- Dave will check at forum about getting stakes. Dale will review and report.
- Rich also has a local contact and will report to Dale for review.
- Still pulling signs, over halfway complete.
- Jeremy proposed to update, rebuild, and add to kiosks.
- Motion was made by Jeremy, seconded by Jarad, to not spend more than $1,000 on signage and kiosk updates. Motion passed unanimously
Groomer Committee Report:
- Groomers need to be washed.
- Piston bully needs track tensioners looked at and pumps checked (Jarad will confer with Jay on Groomers)
- NH has a leak in the rear that needs to be looked at.
Barn Committee Report:
- Barn floor grooving to be worked on in the coming months.
- Going to research clubhouse addition.
Miscellaneous:
- Todd Furber reported that he is organizing an ATV ride fundraiser scheduled for May 9. The registration fee will be $30 per machine.
- The Bridge Pub Trail project continues to make progress. Of the 15 landowners involved, permission was received from seven (7). Steve L. has assembled a crew to assist with both trail construction and ongoing maintenance. His goal is to have the trail ready for next season. A small number of landowners remain hesitant, which is slowing overall progress. Andy will stay in contact with Steve throughout the off-season to monitor developments and help move the project forward.
- Club Officers and BoD for 2026-2027 year:
- President: Andy Reinhardt (2 years)
- Vice President: Jeremy McBride (2 years)
- Treasurer: Steve Durham
- Secretary: John Renahan
- Board of Directors: Dale Daunce, Rich Rice, Mike Means, Bryan Klekota, Jared Hillegeer (2 years), Todd Furber (2 years), Todd Lupo (2 Years).
- Super Raffle tickets need to be back by 4/20/26.
- Andy, Jeremy, Dave and John are attending forum in Binghampton.
- Ted Reppi reviewed the grant application process, including State registration and pre-qualification at least 10 days before applying. Ted also attended a webinar on the process, and Andy volunteered to complete the setup.
- Ted Reppi made a motion, seconded by Jared, to allow SMS Designs and Shirts to connect to the club’s website and Facebook page to sell merchandise. The motion passed unanimously.
