March 4, 2021 Minutes approved.

 

Treasures Report:

• Current membership 372
• Previous Balance $19,931.83
• Current Balance $48,732.97 plus $18,007.80 reserve for groomer fund.
• Expenses of $3,042.81 and Deposits of $31,843.95

• Trails:
  • Need to know what signs people need so club can place a bulk order in June.
    • Report needed signs to Bryan K.
    • After amount needed is collected club must have an executive meeting to approve the order.
    • Andy Reinhart made motion to approve $5,000 max sign budget, Mike Means 2^nd
    • Need to order new junction and trail number signs after the trail changes get made by the county and Secretary. An inventory will be needed of what exists.
  • Palmers wants more deer fence to put up when entering the orchard Off pre-emption rd. by the old air strip. Trying to get a new trail through the woods.

  • Accepted March election results Rich Rice Motion, Todd Furber 2^nd unanimously approved
  • Chicken BBQ was a success and profited $2058.32. Thank you all who volunteered and helped.
  • Discussed doing another Chicken BBQ in June.
  • Bathroom needed for barn. Ted will look into costs for a septic system.
  • Traci will get the cost of buying dumpster with a lock for the club. Rich may know someone who can pick this up if it is a front loader, he will let Jeremy know.
  • Todd Furber is working to set up an ATV ride that will be donation based about $20 per machine that will end in South Sodus.
