• Treasures Report:
o Final 2018/19 Membership 376
o Current balance is $33979.50 plus $4500 reserved in groomer fund.
o All outstanding bills are paid to date.
• Trails:
o Need all signs removed ASAP.
o Need to put gates on the old trolley bed.
o Need all gates closed and deer fences closed/flaps removed.
o Need DOT permit for culvert at Rt 21 in Marion.
• Groomers:
o Need to get the groomers pressure washed before summer storage.
o Approved spending 3500 this summer to install Air Locker differential locks on the Tucker, as recommended by the dealer from which we purchased it from.
• Groomer Barn:
o $12000 has been set aside for the Groomer Barn Committee to insulate and complete electric service.
• Miscellaneous:
o Super Raffle tickets need to be turned in by April 15th
