    – 22 Present
    – March minutes approved
    – 104 Culvert project
Got some estimates back to bridge Mudge Creek on 104 between Lasher and Stone roads. Need to get a few more for the material to cover the pipes. Culvert pipes have been received and delivered to the site.
    – Trails
Meet Sunday 4/6 to remove signs.
Create trail sections to help speed up sign installation and removal.
Look for individuals to take trail section ownership.
    – Groomer Maintenance
New Holland needs some minor maintenance on the cleats, brakes, and filters. It will then be ready for storage.
The LMC has had the oil changed and other maintenance completed and is in storage.
    – Treasurer’s report shows that we received $20186 from the State. The remainder will arrive by November. After pay outstanding debt we currently have approximately $15000.
    – New Groomer Barn
Have multiple quotes to build a barn with heat, insulation, and electric.
Approved using groomers as collateral for a loan.
Also have an option to sell the New Holland to build the barn.
    – Seek non-profit 501c3
Create a new organization called Lakeshore Riders with Todd Furber President, Jason Hosbach Vice President, and David Vanderline Secretary/Treasurer.
Motion to create above organization unanimously approved
New bylaws will need to be created.
If successful in the new organization we will seek to merge Lakeshore Snowdevils and Canal Town Snowmobile Association.
    – Club Merger with Canal Town
Approved to file joint application to county and parks for this year’s trail funding to help reduce paper work.
Would not take place until new organization is created.
Other clubs could join at anytime
End of year paperwork can be consolidated, which reduces state and county level redundancies to help get quicker responses for our club.
Creates more flexible use of resources, groomers, web sites, advertising, maps etc
