Trails are reopened.  Trails north and east have much better coverage.  Many trails are marginal but passable. Not sure how the coverage is west of 88.  Reroute of S42 to Skippers is now opened.  Still working on the reroute of S40 through Wolcott and it is still closed.  We have fueled the Tucker and are going to try pan C4,
