Approve Minutes from April 4, 2024

Current Membership: 68  Final 2023-24 season 255, down 30 (11%) from last year and down 135 (35%) from previous year.

3. Secretary: By-Law proposal submitted to be read and presented to membership. Phase II Status,

Committee Reports:

1. Trail Captain Reports:
   1. Update from April motion to level and grade rough spots on C4 along 104 in August with a dozer not to exceed $3,000
   2. New Contractor quotes were to be acquired for Mudge Creek Project.
   3. New ATV/UTV Committee report.
2. Groomer Committee:
   1. Update from Summer maintenance
      1. The old Erie club roller that may be available for our use.
      2. Diesel bio-guard and stabilizer to the groomers.

• Battery tenders are on the groomers to keep them charged and maintained.

1. Logbooks put in each Groomer to minimally log Beginning and Ending Hours on each machine for auditing. Hours need to be noted at this meeting.

Miscellaneous:

1. Review unresolved issues from 2/2024 minutes.
   1. Town water motion update
   2. Trusses to Dates for $800 donation
   3. UTV fender flares installation,
2. 501(c))(3) update: Accountant to be acquired for taxes. 6 months for long form sent in March.
3. Club local Raffle results posted to Web page
