11 Present.
Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM
April 13, 2023, May 4, 2023, June 22, 2023, and July 27, 2023, minutes were accepted with no changes.
President/Vice President Report: Jeremy McBride resigned as President and the Vice President Jared Hillegeer replaced him for the rest of this season. This was announced in August and nominations for Vice President were open to the membership through this meeting. Secretary held a special vote with results at the end of the minutes.
Treasures Report:
- Current membership 30.
- Previous Balance $14,444.04.
- Current Balance $17,419.28 plus $27,853.00 reserve for groomer fund.
- Expenses of $14,761.73 and Deposits of $17,736.97.
Trail Projects:
- Mudge Creek – Engineer has drawn up specifications for retaining all on top of existing culverts.
- We need to get Accord 855 filled out and submit to get the permits for the project.
- Stumps on S49 west of Rt88 still need to be removed.
- Culverts along 104 on C4 need more fill to finish installation
Groomer Committee Report:
- Jared is going to load test the groomer batteries and replace them if needed.
- Jason will replace a bogie wheel on the Tucker and look at the light bar that is inoperable.
- Tucker Orion GPS needs to be relocated so that the new 5G signal is not so shielded.
- Groomer committee looking into a roller for packing trails and drag mounted sickle bar.
- PB100 needs the roof escape hatch repaired.
Miscellaneous:
- Town water project got pushed back and water will not be available until late 2023 to early 2024. Restroom still needs to be completed along with a sink. We still need volunteer(s) to install and plumb the toilet and sink – tabled to after January.
- 501(c)(3) status –Financial data has been submitted with the new by laws. Attorney has paperwork to file the final forms.
- Dale is heading up a project to assist with the recovery of the fuel tax used offroad for club reimbursement.
- Donation of $250 has been sent to NYSSA for the 2024 Super Raffle
- Ted to update the results on the previous recommendation to investigate fender flares for the UTV.
- Election Results for Vice President:
- Andy Reinhardt 5 votes elected new Vice President.
- Todd Lupo 4 votes
- Ted Reppi 2 votes
- Andy’s election to VP opened a BoD position.
- Ted Reppi was nominated and unopposed. The secretary cast 1 vote for Ted, who has been elected to the open BoD position.
