Committee Reports:

1. Trail Captain Reports:
   1. Mudge Creek Project Cores Drilled need DOT progress update.
   2. S42 north of Anchors Way Road crossing is plugged and needs clearing.
2. Groomer Committee:
   1. Paint the metal repairs on the Tucker
   2. PB100 needs winch installed.
   3. NH Mower, Hammer strap, GPS installation
   4. Jeremy update on Fleet fuel cards for the groomers.
   5. Committee would like to discuss purchase of pallet forks and rear flail mower for NH.
   6. Committee needs a trucker to deliver mower from Ohio to Groomer barn.

Miscellaneous:

1. Ted would like to discuss Yarrow Open house fundraiser.
2. Meeting with the State police and Williamson Club. Jared to follow up by October meeting.

Unfinished Business:

1. Andy and Dale update of Volunteer recruitment.
2. 502(c)(3) still waiting on status of NYS tax exempt ID.
