• Treasures Report:
  • Current Membership 31
  • Current balance is $12875
  • Expect the 70% trail fund in October
  • Remaining 30% may not be available until January or later
  • Membership money is distributed monthly so please join early to help bridge the gap between trail fund disbursements
• Trails:
  • Please turn in labor hours for all trail work ASAP after work is completed. Please include date, hours, full names of all workers, and trail number(s) worked on.  You can email the information from the contact us page of the web site, private message on our Facebook page, or bring it with you at the next meeting.
  • Need 2 15’ culverts and 2 24’ culverts installed on C4 west of Whiskey Hill Rd along 104. We will need DOT permit
  • Need to brush hog S41 (Old Railroad bed)
  • Need more deer flap material
  • Town of Huron will fill in the large hole at the 104/414 Park and Ride
  • Looking into the possibility of expanding the 104/414 Park and Ride
  • Need to rebuild some of the deer flaps in the Marion area of the trail system
  • Waiting for permit for the bridge east of the Village of Marion
  • Clyde trails need volunteers to help put up signs
  • Towpath trail (S55) need to be brush hogged
  • Need more details on what is required for the Savannah trail section in addition to more signs and posts
• Groomers:
  • Bell still needs a wheel replaced
  • Tucker is ready for the season.
  • Tucker may need a new fuel filter
  • Tucker differential locks looks to be a summer job to install and we are continuing to look at all part options so that it is available by next season
  • LMC is ready for the season
  • Bombardier is in Savannah and being evaluated
• Groomer Barn:
  • We have approximately $12,000 to put in the concrete floor
  • We plan on starting to prep and pouring the floor starting on October 6^th
  • Prep crew will require 5 to 6 people to get the sub slab floor ready for concrete
• 501 (c)(3):
  • Need and update on submitted paperwork
• Miscellaneous:
  • We are planning another poker run this year Jan 11^th – Jan 26^th
  • We plan on having the party at the Elks Club in Wolcott
  • We are starting to get advertisers for the poker run
