March 20, 2025 Executive Meet Minutes
8 Present, including 4 Officers
Meeting called to order at 7:40 PMPurpose: Executive Meeting to discuss the purchase of the New Holland tractor from the March 6, 2025, regular club meeting.
- The Groomer committee hired an inspector for $200. The tractor was inspected, and the committee approved the New Holland tractor with presented documentation and discussion.
- A deposit of $500 was placed on the tractor to hold tractor pending financing.
- A motion made by John and seconded by Rich, to purchase the TS125A Deluxe New Holland tractor upon inspection, and subject to financial approval, with Lyons National Bank for $80,000 at a term of 48 months and authorize the club President to sign the financing forms to obligate the club for the purchase of the New Holland tractor.
- Motion was approved 7 to 1.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:25 pm
