    10 Present.

    Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM

    Special Meeting to approve the By-Law changes presented to the club at the June 22, 2023 meeting.

    Proposed changes previously presented at the June 22 meeting were read by the secretary and open for additional discussion.  There were no additional amendments or changes, and they were unanimously approved.
