December 7 2017 Minutes Approved.

• Treasures Report:
  • Current Membership 351
  • Current balance is $35380 includes last year’s final 30% of $8635, this year’s 70% advance $22977 and advertising deposit of $3300.
  • 2018 Super Raffle Tickets will be mailed to all members.
• Trails:
  • There was one small section of S42 from JCT WAYN32 (104/414) north to JCT WAYN 303 (Ridge Rd and Bay Bridge).
  • C4 from East Palmyra to Port Gibson needs additional signage.
  • Chimney Bluffs had a tree blocking the trail and it has been removed. There are still a few trees that need to be removed for the groomer to be able to enter the park.
  • The Town of Huron has plowed the 104/414 parking area as well as a section by across from the groomer bar on the south east corner of Fifth Rd and Rt 104.
• Groomers:
  • We had an electrical problem with the LMC that has been addressed. There was also a problem with the hydraulic drive that was being worked on.
  • We are looking to train more groomer operators. Please email us at info@lakeshoreriders.org if interested.
• Advertising/Event Committee:
  • Poker run is January 27^th We will need volunteers to help at the event.  Please contact us if you can help.  Assistance is needed for the 50/50 and item auction.
  • We will be planning an outdoor Winter Party in February. We will need a volunteer team to run it (more details will follow)
• 501 (c)(3):
  • Final paperwork has been submitted to the lawyers. This should be in the final stages for approval.
