*** Marginal to Fair ***
Everything has frozen back down, and we got 1 to 3 inches of new powder. There is a 0 to 2 inch base still remaining in many areas. Plowed roads are bare. Some of the water holes opened up so use caution. Be prepared for small washouts where culverts may have overflowed as well. We will keep them open as long as possible with crop crossings in mind to prevent damage.
If you come across anything, please let us know. Expect frozen spring conditions.
