Meeting called to order at 7:35PM

January 7, 2021 Minutes approved.

 

Treasures Report:

• Current membership 342
• Previous Balance $24,472.22
• Current Balance $23,468.77 plus $18,004.89 reserve for groomer fund.
• Expenses of $4074.63 and Deposits of $3071.18
• Advance on 70% is in waiting for distribution.

• Trails:
  • We continue to work on the reroute of C4 from Port Gibson to East Palmyra. Waiting for DOT permit to change Rt31 crossing, and permission from Canal Corporation.
  • Need to get bulk order in
  • Need to order new junctions after they get fixed.
• Discussed Fund Raising Activities:
  • Super Raffle Tickets are for sale.
  • Chicken Barbeque with advanced sale tickets will be at end of March.
    • Utensils and containers are taken care of.
    • Chickens will be ordered from Auburn Poultry. With about 120 extras in addition to presales
  • Ted is looking into a way to get random raffles of items as fundraisers.
• Groomers:
  • A motion was made by David Vanderlinde, seconded by Mike Means, and unanimously approved to purchase a spare track for the tucker with a cost up to $6,000
• Miscellaneous:
  • Bylaws were amended as follows:
    • Article 4 Section 6 Spending limits
    • …meetings of the board of Directors. The expenditure must be within the normal scope of the proposed committee’s budget plan.  It is not to be considered a “use it or lose it” budget month to month and may not be used consecutively to accumulate materials or services for a personal agenda not previously approved by the committee’s plan/project or budget.
    • …club for reimbursement. If needed, a copy of the expense should be forwarded by way of test or email to the treasurer by way of picture of the receipt.
