- Treasures Report:
- Current Membership 157
- Current balance is $4451
- Received $1600 in Sponsor donations
- Membership money is distributed monthly so please join now to help bridge the gap between trail fund disbursements
- Trails:
- Please turn in labor hours for all trail work ASAP after work is completed. Please include date, hours, full names of all workers, and trail number(s) worked on. You can email the information from the contact us page of the web site, private message on our Facebook page, or bring it with you at the next meeting.
- Almost all trails had been signed and trimmed.
- Savannah culverts have been installed
- Trails may need to be examined after heavy winds.
- All roads in Red Creek are CLOSED to snowmobiles except for Church St where S41 crosses it, to the Corner Stone and the Pit Stop gas station. Please stay off the sidewalks and follow the signs. 104A is also off limits. This will be strictly enforced.
- When visiting businesses in Savannah, after crossing the Rt 31/89 bridge follow the signs and stay off of the sidewalks. You must be on the road, sidewalks are for pedestrians.
- Groomers:
- 1990 BR-60 sold for $4500 on the majority of officer and BoD approval.
- A motion was passed that the $4500 will be saved toward the purchase of a new groomer in the future. In an emergency, the funds can only be repurposed by a majority approval by all officers and the BoD.
- Groomer Barn:
- Special thanks to Finger Lakes Construction for the donation and installation of gutters and downspouts.
- Special thanks to Peterman Lumber for the donation and installation of the snow breaks on the roof of the barn.
- Miscellaneous:
- Poker run this year Jan 11th – Jan 26th
- The party will be at the Elks Club in Wolcott
- Super Raffle tickets are available for purchase. Contact us via email if you would like to purchase some.
- Looking for someone to head up a Family club ride in February
- Next meeting will be at Brantling Ski Center at 7:30 on January 3, 2019.
