 Trails:
 We have a vendor that will be making us 1 x 1.5 inch 6′ hardwood posts for the signs at a cost of 89₵ each.
 A motion approved for the expenditure of $1000 for 6 Kiosks at major junctions with maps directions and solar lights.
 A suggestion was made to sell advertising on them as well.
 We are also making 6 welcome signs where our trails transfer to other clubs and allow them room for the other side.
 The section of C4 from East Palmyra to Port Gibson is officially closed due to landowner problems. We are looking for volunteers to start looking for a reroute ASAP. This is the only corridor that links WNY to the east.
 Groomers:
 We have someone interested in the New Holland. They have looked at it.
 LMC axle has been repaired and is in good condition. It got us through the season but we are looking to having it reworked for better reliability.

 501 3c status:
 Continuing the paperwork for new corporation to form new club Lakeshore Riders as a non-profit organization.
 The current status is in the hands of the attorneys
 We have to fill out the long form for the application will current assets and future income expectations.
 We also will need to file taxes for the past two years.
 A new web site is being designed for the corporation. Launch time frame is anticipated to be in August.

We will have an August 6th meeting location and time TBD.
