Posting this early and downgrading due to the warm conditions.  Too warm to groom.  The nights have been below freezing and firm them up and stop the melting.  But is has been warming up and soften them by day. Our area still has a snowpack of 6 to 18 inches with the trails having a packed base of 3 to 8 inches.  They are starting to get soft in some areas but for the most part are holding up well.  Light traffic is helping to hold them together.  Hoping for the best that we do not lose too much more before getting some more snow.  :

You can see the temperature on our homepage.  This is not an airport reading and is located in the center of our trail system next to the Lyons webcam Snow stick from northernchateau’s gotsnow cams.Web Cams – Lakeshore Riders

Conditions are deteriorating with the light rain and drizzle. They did not freeze down last night and stayed soft.
