Northeast trails have from 8 to 10 inches of fluff that the tucker is trying to pack.  Water holes are an issue, and it will hopefully start to freeze down into a base.  Conditions a thin throughout the system.  They are open for those that have to ride. 3 inches of snow is the minimum to ride.  What is open has the minimum of 3 inches.
