SnowmanKeymasterDecember 4, 2025, Meeting Minutes
15 voting members were present.
Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM by the President.
November 6, 2025, were accepted with no changes.
Treasures Report:
- The current Membership 155.
- Previous Balance $72,528.25.
- Current Balance $71,033.41.
- Savings $20,004.88.
- Expenses of $2,860.69.
- Deposits of $49,183.12. Includes 70% grant advance of $47,424.80
- Total Funds: $75,528.25.
- Groomer loan balance $69,807.98.
- Waiting for accountant to correct IRS filing issue.
Trail Projects:
- Mudge Creek –Waiting on DOT personnel change – tabled to February.
- Bryan is checking with DEC to help make the trail safer through Shaker Heights.
- Andy and Dale took care of reroutes in East Palmyra.
- A motion was made by Dave and seconded by Rich to install a culver with gravel on S40 by Pamona not to exceed $2,000. Motion passed unanimously.
- We need to check the signing inside the fence in Simplaar’s orchard. It was limited and confusing last year.
Groomer Committee Report:
- Ted repainted the metal repairs on the Tucker.
- Servicing needs to be finished on the Tucker along with another metal weld patch on the cab.
- NH has been fully serviced. We need to remove the mower and install the drag.
- Jason connected the winch to the PB and fully serviced it.
- PB hitch crack is going to be welded by Tim.
- Going to get pricing on a MIG welder to be presented at the next meeting.
- Groomer Start hours:
- PB100 2023.5, Tucker 3039, NH 3001
Miscellaneous:
- 501 (c)(3) complete. We have the NYS Tax Exempt ID. We will file for refund of sales taxes paid since the process started. To apply for property tax exemption, we need to host a safety training course which we will get scheduled for January with Wayne County Sherrif Dept.
- Yarrows open house on November 29th was a good PR turnout. We added a few new members, and showed off the New Holland Tractor/Groomer
- We are going to tentatively schedule a family ride with cookout at the groomer barn on January 10th.
- A motion was made by Bryan and seconded by Ted to remove Todd Furber, and Todd Lupo as bank debit card holders and add Mike Means and Rich Rice for refueling the groomers. Motion unanimously passed.
