    Approve Minutes from December 4, 2025

    Committee Reports:

    1. Trail Captain Reports:
      1. Mudge Creek Project update. Tabled until March
      2. S40 (Pamona) Culvert installation
      3. Sharker Heights possible reroute
      4. Trail issues – C4 in East Palmyra – Trees down and water hole
      5. S48 signing through Simpelaar’s orchard.
    2. Groomer Committee:
      1. Complete Tucker servicing.
      2. Weld Hitch on PB100

    Miscellaneous:

    1. Tentative club ride January 10th
    2. Pricing on MIG welder
    3. January 19th snowmobile safety course. A few seats remain.

    1. Bank debit cards for groomer fuel.
