November 6, 2025, Meeting Minutes

14 voting members were present.

Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM by the President.

October 2, 2025, were accepted with no changes.

Treasures Report:

• The current Membership 105.
• Previous Balance $15,120.77.
• Current Balance $11,369.90.
• Savings $33,236.34.
• Expenses of $4,088.87.
• Deposits of $338.00.
• Total Funds: $31,373.96.
• Groomer loan balance $71,283.35.

Trail Projects:

• Mudge Creek –DOT has a new person and waiting for them with the weight details.
• Bryan is checking with DEC to help make the trail safer through Shaker Heights.
• Andy taking care of 2 reroutes in East Palmyra.
• Rails on C4 have been filled with gravel and signed appropriately.

Groomer Committee Report:

• Ted to finish repainting the metal repairs on the Tucker before we start grooming in January.
• Jason to connect winch for PB100 before grooming starts in January.
• PB could use a weatherproof toolbox.
• PB hitch has a crack in it and needs to be evaluated.
• Jeremy is looking at getting fleet cards for the groomers.

Miscellaneous:

• 501 (c)(3) complete. Steve to update at December meeting.
• Yarrows open house on November 29^th. Ted took care of representing the club at the open house.
