Meeting called to order at 7:40PM
December 3, 2020 Minutes approved with the following changes:
Committee to be formed – Amended as Chicken Barbeque Committee will be chaired by Traci McBride.
Groomer Barn discussion to be non-smoking, strike Consensus reached, no motion – and amended to read Motion made by Ted Reppi to make the groomer barn non-smoking facility. Motion seconded by Mike Means. Motion unanimously passed.
- Treasures Report:
- Current membership 255
- Previous Balance $25,109.89
- Current Balance $24,472.22 plus $17,503.39 reserve for groomer fund.
- Expenses of $2,371.72 and Deposits of $1,734.05
- 1 more groomer payment remains.
- A motion was made by Jared Hillegeer to put $700 a month in the groomer fund account starting the month following the final Tucker loan payment and continuing until we purchase another groomer. The motion was seconded by Bryan Klekota. The motion passed unanimously.
- Trails:
- We continue to work on the reroute of C4 from Port Gibson to East Palmyra. Waiting for DOT permit to change Rt31 crossing, and permission from Canal Corporation.
- Culvert has been replaced east of Brickshoolhouse road on C4.
- Deer fence sparkers have been installed.
- Logging on c4 has been cleaned up but warning signs remain for rough trial.
- Marion has culverts to install.
- Need to GPS C4 from Marion to Port Gibson.
- Discussed Fund Raising Activities:
- Super Raffle Tickets are for sale.
- Chicken Barbeque with advanced sale tickets will be at end of March.
- Ted is looking into a way to get random raffles of items as fundraisers.

- Bylaws amendment were brought up. We will type them up for discussion at next meeting and determine if they go to the next meeting for Discussion.
