March 1, 2018 Minutes approved with the following corrections: Treasures Report current balance changed from $27300 to $27051.18

• Treasures Report:
  • Current Membership 405
  • Current balance is $25388.75
  • Current balance can carry the summer groomer payments and small bills.
  • Need groomer supplies and about $1200 for the bulk sign purchase in July
  • Had an approximate total of $9500 in Groomer repairs and $1200 in fuel.
• Trails:
  • Need to place no wheeled vehicle signs on some of the trail entrances.
  • Continue to working with village of Red Creek to find a way to allow snowmobiles to be able to get to businesses in the village on the roads.
  • Approved $200 to create more signs for the edges of our trail system with information of trails maintained by details.
  • Need to remove the remaining signs and finish GPSing all the trails
  • S42 by the campground will need a reroute next year
• Groomers:
  • Groomers need to be stored for the summer
  • Bell needs a wheel rebuild and trucked back to the groomer barn
• 501 (c)(3):
  • We have received responses back and have some more reports to fill out.
• Miscellaneous:
  • NYSSA/Sled NY Forum will be in Niagara Falls. We now have seven people representing our club.
