    • Treasures Report:
      • Current Membership for the 2017/18 season 20
      • Current balance is $5931
      • The club got fully funded for last season and should have the final 30% (approximately $8000) in two weeks
      • This should bring our balance above $13000
      • $7500 is needed for expenses through February when the first disbursement will be made
      • Need to make monthly groomer payments, $540 in property taxes, and $1700 groomer insurance.
      • The club will not get the funding for our lost trails last year but they have all been reestablished for next year.
    • Trails:
      • All closed or lost trails have been reopened. C4 from Marion to Port Gibson has been reopened.
      • S55 at Savannah no longer connects to Montezuma and has been rerouted north to Red Creek pending a few landowner permissions.
      • New signs have been ordered. We have more blaze, object markers, left curve, right curve, and arrows.
      • New section of S49 by Quarry road needs some fill to raise the trail above the current level to keep water from settling on it.
      • BayFront Restaurant will be opened Thursday – Sunday, 11am-11pm. The trail will be signed pending land owner permissions.
    • Groomers:
      • All groomers have been pressure washed and greased.
      • They should all be ready for the season.
      • There have a few inquiries on the Bombardier Groomer.
      • We will have new logos put on the Groomers by Graphics Girls Designs.
    • Miscellaneous:
      • There will be a committee meeting (Trail, Groomer and Advertising) at the Airport Restaurant 7740 Ridge Rd, Sodus, NY 14551 7:00 pm Thursday September 21, 2017.
