    September 7, 2017 Minutes Approved.

    • Treasures Report:
      • Current Membership for the 2017/18 season 45
      • Current balance is $2741
      • Last season’s final 30% was not received as expected.(approximately $8000) it is at the county and will be distributed shortly.
      • Property taxes have been paid.
      • We have ordered 4000 2018 Super Raffle Tickets for sale by the club. We are donating a $500 prize for the raffle.
      • 2018 Super Raffle Tickets will be available for purchase on November 1st.
    • Trails:
      • Crops are late this year so some sections will need to be revisited once crops are harvested.
      • S41 has been brush hogged from Red Creek to Wolcott.
      • S40 has been brush hogged from Elks Club in Wolcott to Stone Road/104 Junction
      • We will have a work party meeting at the groomer barn, 8AM Sunday October 15th C4 to Wolcott and the RR Bed (S41) will be signed.  The trails will also be trimmed at that time.  Bring pole saws, chain saws and 4 wheelers.
      • New section of S49 by Quarry road needs some fill to raise the trail above the current level to keep water from settling on it. There are also a few more trees that need to be cut.
      • Gate on east end of Chimney Bluffs State Park needs to installed once the post holes are dug.
      • We are still waiting for the DEC approval fro all the trails that cross DEC land.
    • Groomers:
      • Still waiting on the few inquiries on the Bombardier Groomer.
      • Groomers are set for the season
    • Advertising/Event Committee:
      • Started to sell more advertising for the upcoming season.
      • The price sheet located on Sponsor page https://lakeshoreriders.org/sponsors/ will remain that same for this season.
      • Planning a poker run on for January 27th 2018
      • We will be planning an outdoor Winter Party in February. We will need a volunteer team to run it (more details will follow)
    • 501 (c)(3):
      • Final paperwork has been submitted to the lawyers. This should be in the final stages for approval.
    • Snowmobile Safety Course:
      • November 5th from 8AM to 3PM at the Marion American Legion in Marion NY. Please contact Paula Chapman at (315)945-0876 for more information registration.
