October 6, 2016 Minutes Approved.
- Treasures Report:
- Current balance is $14,171
- This includes the 30% trail fund distribution, and current memberships.
- Monthly groomer payment is $1600.
- Have not yet received all the bills from trail work.
- Trails:
- S49 has another new reroute from Geneva Rd west. Follow new signs.
- Need some volunteers to remove the DEC posts and install a permanent lockable gate at the east end of Chimney Bluffs State Park. We have the gate, please contact us if you are able to help.
- We have 2 more sets of deer fence gates to install.
- Groomers:
- Tucker transfer case has yet to be installed. Please contact us if you can volunteer some time to help.
- The BR60 and Bell have been moved to the groomer barn.
- BR-60 is still listed for sale.
- Need to check the lights on the LMC. Not all are working.
- Groomer Barn:
- Need to hang some temporary lights until permanent ones can be installed.
- Motion was passed to spend up to $400 to get some lights installed.
- One of the overhead doors has a leak in the glass and we are getting it fixed.
- 501(c)(3) status:
- Further progress has been made in the process. This is a very long process and should be complete this season.
