    February 2, 2017 Minutes Approved.

    • Treasures Report:
      • Current Membership 396
      • Current balance is $22835 with $600 to deposit and $2000 from NYSSA to deposit for registrations.
      • We are approximately 1/3 funded for our grant money.
      • We need to make sure that all trail work hours get submitted quickly. We have 60 days after the work to submit it to the state otherwise we cannot claim it.
    • Trails:
      • GPS maps of the trails need to be done when we take the signs down
      • We are looking to take the signs down on March 25th and 26th
      • Trails from Clyde to Savannah to the cottage Inn have been GPS’d
      • May be able to connect the trail from Savannah to the Port Byron Snow Panthers at Montezuma by the RT31 Bridge at the Seneca River next year. It will avoid all Federal land.
      • Some of the reworked trails may need some gravel to fill in low spots that collect water.
      • Will be sending a landowner appreciation letter. Mailing address are needed for all our land owners.
      • When the signs are pulled please be sure that all advertising signs get returned to the groomer barn. They all need to be in one spot.  This will help for next seasons advertising.
    • Groomers:
      • All have been maintained and need to be prepared for summer storage.
      • Need to get the diesel stabile and anti-bacteria added to the fuel tanks.
    • Groomer Barn:
      • We have added new signs on the groomer barn. Thanks to Ted R. and Mark P. for getting them in place.
      • Needed fund for adding the concrete flooe to the barn will be discussed in detail at the next meeting.
    • 501(c)(3) status:
      • In the final stages of being complete. We have received the bill but no definitive answer on the final status.
    • Additional Business:
      • We need to put together a 3 year plan by April
      • We will be sending out Super Raffle tickets. We will be having an envelope stuffing “party” at the Airport Bar and Grill on Thursday March 9th at 7 PM
      • Fundraising Committee has come up with a raffle/fundraiser. We are looking to have it start in August and end in January pending NYS regulations.
      • The Advertising committee has raised over $1200 for the club. We look to expand it next year.
      • We have applied for the Shawangunk Snowmobile Club Funds for construction of our deer fence gates.
      • Anyone that would like to represent our club at the NYSSA/SLEDNY Forum in Lake Placid on April 28th – 30th needs to contact the secretary from our web page.
    • Election Results effective April 1st 2017:
